How much will you charge me?
We won't charge you anything to set the system up, all you have to do is register and verify your account and then get cracking. Its 100% free to get started so why not sign up today.
What if I need help?
We are here to help, just give us a call and we can help you get started. We don't think you will need it because we have spent so much time making the system really easy to use. You can either give us a call on 01237 420159 or email us at info@whitelabelgreetingcards.com
Can I choose the cards I want to sell?
Yes you can select different categories of cards you want to sell so if you are a wedding site you might only want to sell wedding invitations. That's OK and very simple to do...!
Can I sell my own card designs?
Yes you can - we will need to set the card designs up on the system and we will sort this out for you.
Please get in touch with your account manager and he will assist you to get the new designs set up on the system.
How long does it take to set up?
You really can get set up and start selling cards from your site the same day.
Register and verify your account. You then log into your dashboard and from there you can personalise the look and feel of your card site and integrate it with your existing site. Once you have integrated it, it is live and you can start taking orders for cards.
Can I put my logo on the back of the cards when they are printed?
Yes you can upload a high res version of your logo and this will be used on the back of the cards.
Its a great way of getting new customers because the recipient of the card will look at where the card has come from and then order one themselves.
Does anyone keep an eye on the images which are being uploaded and used?
Yes all images uploaded by users are checked to make sure there are no inappropriate images used.
If we find any we will refuse to process the card and refund the transaction.
Do I need technical experience?
To integrate the platform you need a little experience but it is not tricky.
Our guys here are on hand to help you integrate it if needs be. The two options you have for integration are Iframe or cName.
Where are the cards printed?
Our dedicated printing facility in Dorchester prints every day at 2pm.
We print on a Xerox Igen4 on a 350gsm Gloss paper stock. This is as good as what you would buy from the high street. We specialise in
What card sizes do you offer?
Currently we only sell an A5 card but we are working on new formats and we are going to be introducing an A6 and postcard format very soon.
Can a user order a card to be sent back to themselves?
Yes a user has the can order a can to either be sent directly to the recipient or to be sent back to the customer.
If the card is sent back to the customer it will contain a spare envelope.
What’s the difference in price between postage included and not included?
If you set a price and the postage is not included in the price then we will add postage ontop.
This means that the user will pay a higher total price per card including a stamp, thus more profit is generated on this sale and more commission is paid to the partner site. Please refer to the Revenue Share section to see a full breakdown of commissions.
Who hosts my website?
We ensure 99% uptime via our co-location servers. We will host the site for you and there is no charge for this. Users are also able to upload as many pictures as they want and we will also store these for free for you also.
How regularly will I be paid?
We will pay you on the 1st of every month (or the first working day of the new month).
How will I receive payment?
We can either pay you via BACs transfer or cheque it is up to you.
We would prefer to do it VIA BACs because it is just easier to process but we can be flexible if needs be.
How secure are members payments
We use a fully secure socket layer to take payment s from users.
We are integrated with Sagepay and they are a very reliable and safe firm to be working with. We do not store any credit card details of the users.
who deals with customer enquiries?
All customer enquiries which come from your site are logged and you are able to monitor them in your log in area.
We will deal with the enquiries for you but you are able to monitor how efficiently we are dealing with any enquiries. Also if anyone calls you its easy to check on an order and raise a support ticket with us.
What are the specifics of the artwork that I need?
You need a logo for the web site and you need a high res logo to place on the back of the card.
